Are you afraid of dolls? My stepdad was, and I’ve known a few other people who really don’t like them.  Dolls, especially those older ones with the creepy smiling faces that look like dead babies, get kind of a bad reputation.

Aliens are closer than we think. Sometimes, they are as close as our own backyard.  This is what Washington State couple discovered when they entered their yard one morning and found themselves face-to-face with a thing or two  from another world.

The couple, who asked not to be identified, were terrified, but not so terrified that they didn’t have the presence of mind to snap a few amazing pictures of the craft and the creatures that emerged from it.

The first creature

“We were really freaked out,” the husband told Bluegrls World reporter Louise Alexander.  “I’m not sure why they chose our backyard for their landing site, but it may have something to do with the new fertilizer that I bought for the backyard last month. The package did say  that it would ‘increase new growth.’”

The wife, who contacted us after the encounter added that “They (the aliens) didn’t say much, but they seemed nice. They told us that they were the scout ship, and that more ships would soon be coming.”

The second creature to emerge from the craft

The alien visitors stayed for approximately two hours before returning to their space ship and flying away.  During this time, say the couple, the creatures collected soil and plant life samples, and asked for several glasses of water.
